PHO 79 HAMPTON REVIEWS

First time having Pho at this place. Love the up to day full bar. The seating is spaced out enough so you don't feel like you're crunched. The place was very clean. My man ordered the All Meats Pho and I had the Vegetable Pho. We also ordered the spring rolls but quickly at those. Very good! I have to say, the staff was absolutely amazing. Very nice and attentive. The portions are quiet large and definitely worth the price. We will go here again.

The food was very tasty. The Thai tea was delish and the spring rolls were yummy. It’s a lowkey old school vibe, but there was definitely a dank smell in the back near the entrance/exit close to the bathrooms. Service was very fast and excellent.

I love this place. I get the house fried rice and chicken pho. The service is always friendly and caring. The taste makes you want to eat all you can.

JADE BOWL REVIEWS

Jade Bowl offers some of the most generous portion sizes for Vietnamese soups in the area. We ordered two large bowls (bun bo hue is only available in large) and found them very filling, with plenty of fresh vegetable toppings. While both dishes were satisfying, we recommend the pho over the bun bo hue. The pho delivered a more genuine flavor, whereas the bun bo hue was surprisingly sweet rather than spicy. With great portions, fair pricing, and friendly service, Jade Bowl is well worth a visit. The military discount is also a thoughtful and kind show of support.

Had a really good lunch. I ordered the shrimp fresh spring rolls with a peanut butter dip, the papaya salad and the beef spareribs which was flavorful and grilled perfectly. The service was excellent! I highly recommend the Jade Bowl.

The food was absolutely delicious. Customer service was extremely kind and sweet. The atmosphere was nice and clean. I got the coconut shrimp and the vermicelli bowl with two meats, perfect for me. Somebody in the back loves to cook.

Amy’s Banh Mi is our new favorite restaurant in the area, and we can’t wait to return! Their baguette is made in-house—a rare and difficult skill that the staff has perfected. We love the combo banh mi, meatball banh mi, grilled pork banh mi, and Vietnamese hot coffee. The pork is grilled fresh to order, and the authentic flavors bring us right back to Vietnam. Prices are reasonable, and the staff is incredibly kind, even offering us a complimentary freshly baked baguette, which we truly appreciated. Please note the restaurant is takeout only, and bringing cash is recommended for the discount.

We were traveling in Virginia and decided to try the food here. As a Vietnamese person, I can confidently say that the bánh mì here is the best I’ve had in the U.S the flavor is exactly like the bánh mì back home with a perfectly crispy crust and grilled pork that is incredibly flavorful and well-seasoned. I really enjoyed it. The coffee is also quite good. I think you should give it a try if you ever visit Virginia.

Bánh mì is spot on. The airy crisp of the bread filled with flavorful cold cut and fresh veggies. Great job guys.
