Marker 20 is a casual spot for American eats, seafood & a full bar with deck seating, TV sports & live music. This is a slightly divey marine & sea food-themed sports bar. Marker 20 is a fantastic bar/restaurant that has a great atmosphere right in downtown Hampton. They have a HUGE outdoor deck and street seating as well. Marker 20 was one of the main places within walking distance that had a variety of seafood. Buy 1/2 LB for $11.95 & get one free on Wednesday. Their Happy hour specials: PBR Pounder Specials with Syd on Monday (4pm-9pm). Their Ladies' Night discounts on wine and well and also half-price dips with Kimi on Tuesday. The parking lot is available behind the building.

The Deadrise is a laid-back seafood restaurant in a picturesque spot with water views, plus outdoor seating. The location is spectacular, especially during sunset. The Deadrise is beautiful in a beach shack kind of way charmingly situated on the marina at Fort Monroe. The restaurant is small on the second floor of a building right by the marine. They have a good selection of food choices and beer, wine, and cocktails. The diner can get the jumbo shrimp basket, which comes with hush puppies, French fries, and coleslaw. They have boat slips available for customers. The restaurant is located 3.5 miles from the downtown of Hampton. Try their delicious Pearl City Poke Salad, Cottage Fries, Louisiana Po' Boy & Deadrise Seafood Platter.
