Great location innHampton VA. The manger Rich was super friendly and helpful and is back there working super hard. Up front I was greeted by Ruth and she was super sweet and welcoming. Super clean location and the food is on point. Editing the review because everyone I meet here is friendly and helpful Anisah at the register greeted me with a huge smile and I met the two managers Pamela and Alex who were both working so hard and making sure everyone is happy. Great customer service. Love IT

I just ordered some bagels to go, and the young lady was very helpful and courteous! The workers usually are very respectful at Panerai, it's why I keep returning!

First time at this location. I initially wanted to use the kiosk (to use my rewards) but mom talked me out of using it. Cashier Rich is so patient with us, nice, friendly, and kept a smile on his face. Didn't have to wait long for the food since we beat the evening crowd. Food is delicious as it should be and made to order. I would love to visit again to see Rich's smile.

I had such wonderful service the 23 of August. I mobile ordered a pumpkin cream cold brew with sugar free vanilla. The sweet barista making my drink saw me sit down in the waiting area she asked my name she said “hey i noticed you substituted for sugar free vanilla” I thought it was gonna say they were out so I was like “regular vanilla is fine if your out” and she informed they had it but wanted to make sure that i wasn’t diabetic.

I walked in, and was instantly greeted by Obie, one of the baristas. He was was very welcoming and I felt like I was at home. He took my order very thoroughly and got everything correctly. While my order was being made, I sat down and saw how clean the space was. Obie called my name and gave me my order. The drink I ordered was more than delicious and exceeded my taste bud's expectations. The service was fast the atmosphere was calming, and the drinks were delicious. Employees like Obie deserve all the respect he can get, I am definitely revisiting this starbucks again soon. Show the employees respect & love and they will do the same.

The inside is dark and relaxing. I like the long tables in the middle of the store. The small tables along the front window are nice and cozy. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I had the chocolate croissant and an iced carmel macciato. Nice treat.

It's interesting that people are having a bad experience at this dunkin, I've literally never have a bad experience, I go here 7days a week . I actually drive additional minutes to come to this dunkin rather then the one that is closest to me.

Trey was patient with me. I was here around 7:30AM picking up 2 dozen donuts for a sleep over and he loaded me up with pairs of everything. You never know what kids are gonna want. It was refreshing having someone behind the counter who was happy and helpful. Thank you Trey for the great experience. I will come back for sure. Go inside and see Trey. We are always in a rush going through drive through windows and don't take the time to connect with people. He's a college kid so make sure you tip him a few bucks if you can.

Outstanding job Alex you’re one of a kind…I haven’t experienced good customer service you gave to me and everyone in your presence on my visit in years..you made my day…Thanks
