The workers are amazing. I needed a little bit of directions to see where it’s located and it’s actually located right over by the JCPenney’s. The staff are great with communication. I We’re in there only for about 3 minutes. I’m not being dramatic. Everyone is positive everyone’s having a great day today I tipped a worker in my bowl was amazing !!

The acai bowl is super yummy. Placed a mobile order but they never got it. However it was in the system and they made it for me when I got there.

Came in to get the AMAZING new Açaí Bowl and I am amazed and so proud to see all the young hardworking staff. They are a well oiled machine!! Great job team!

Just stop by for lunch because of a meeting in Hampton. The curry tofu with potatoes and carrots was AMAZING. The cabbage and collards I choose were deliciously dangerous. I can't not wait to go back. The young lady at the front counter was kind and very helpful. Her recommendations were spot in. Again, can't wait to go back. P.s. The pre-made juice collaborations are super delicious as well.

Nachos were larger size than I thought. The beans are very good. The impossible meat is very flavorful. My sister ordered jackfruit and it is good. She also ordered the sweet potatoes and they are amazing! Go here, you won't be disappointed I am from out of town. This was pleasant surprise.

TROPICAL SMOOTHIE CAFE REVIEWS

I came to this location tonight about 15 minutes before they closed. I’ve worked in food service and I know what it feels like during those last few minutes. I ordered online because I wanted to pick up before they closed so I used the app quickly and unfortunately I made a couple mistakes which I didn’t find out about until I received my prepared order. Kat and Ronny provided excellent customer service, going above and beyond to correct my mistakes. The food and smoothies tasted delicious and I left really impressed by their professionalism. We will come back if we’re in the area. Thank you!

so let me first start by saying that these girls (jasmine and the short white girl with the glasses sorry to say it like that but idk her name) they are the absolute best...they are always there always friendly they can be the only ones there making food smoothies and running the register all while still being friendly... this location is definitely under staffed and they need to be the new owners lol....keep up the good work ladies you guys deserve a big raise ......tighten up owners....

This is the BEST Tropical Smoothie Cafe. The fruit is fresh, (mangoes) so juicy, not like some precut and preserved with additives… and absolutely love love love the coconut shavings… some other give shredded coconut…. Big thank you for providing great service and preparing the BEST ever Açaí Bowl!!! You totally got it right!!!
