Authentic, customizable, easy to accommodate restrictive diets. And you won't leave hungry! Never had a bad experience here, would have any menu items. The staff is great at helping you choose if you are new or just want something different. Modern yet cozy, top Pho shop in Newport News because every ingredient is fresh and high quality. 10/10.

My husband & I love pho. Finding the right broth is always key! Pho 79 has some of the best broth I've tasted. I ordered the shrimp & pork dumplings. 10/10 recommend.

The food is ALWAYS on point!! The staff is nice and the service is super fast. This is the only place I go to for my pho cravings.

The chicken broth is so delicious. It is light but very flavorful. The portion is nice and the price is reasonable. The seafood pho is good as well. The seafood is fresh and they use pork broth. The summer sauce is nice. It is not to sweet and very nutty. staff is friendly. The restaurant is nice and clean.

My husband and I have visited Vietnam and both agreed the food here at Pho 83 is top tier and authentic! I was recommended this place and it did not disappoint! The atmosphere was clean and inviting. The staff was attentive but let us have our space and did not make us feel rushed to eat or pay. 10/10 recommend! We will definitely be back.

Loved it! Great food and speedy service. Highly recommend getting there prior to noon, it is a very popular place and for good reason. Cheers.

I love Pho Diner! the pho tastes authentic and the staff is always friendly and attentive. Kudos to David and Samie for always making it such a great experience. I highly recommend their cha siu wonton soup and bún bò Hue. I also appreciate that the restaurant cleanliness and the silverware is individually wrapped. Their sushi quality is top-notch, and you can tell everything is well taken care of.

We went here for lunch and everything was delicious!!! Service was very friendly and we are excited to return and try new items. We had V1 and N5 on the menu and like other reviewers have said, the chili oil is amazing. It packs a real punch and great for people who like spice.

Wow!! Eating inside at Pho Diner during lunch was a fantastic experience. Even though they were very busy, their staff were very attentive, and the food was spectacular! I had menu number N5 and a Crab Rangoon appetizer. I love spice, so I asked for some extra chili oil. The N5 has thicker noodles and was very filling. Beef was very tender. I was served by Manuel, and he was very polite and made sure I was enjoying my meal. Thank you Pho Diner.
