The pork broth is very tasty. The chicken and seafood pho are very good. It is very nice portion and the price is reasonable. The summer roll sauce is good too. The roll is nice and fresh. The staff is nice. The restaurant is clean and very spacious.

I had been here about five years ago and it is still very delicious!! I had the brisket Pho. The noodles are so delicious and the beef was tasty. The broth is light tasting but rich ! I would recommend this restaurant if you’re looking for delicious Pho it’s very nice and relaxing with all the waterfalls. The staff is friendly and inviting.

Loved this place! We’re in town visiting from Texas, such a hidden gem. Exceptional service great quality food. My picky eater children all loved their apps and entrees. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

This place was honestly delicious to put it simply. I've tasted a bunch of different pho places over the years and that was easily in the top 5 for me. The broth was so light and flavorful with that deep flavor I look for. Everything on the sampler was standard, but the pho was just that good that. I had to give this place a 5 star. It's a small family owned place which I also love and will make my way back soon.

A+++ This place is a 10. Excellent food and service. We ordered the vermicelli bowls and spring rolls and loved every bite. The beef for the bowls was tender and spring rolls were crisp. Both were served with fresh and crisp vegetables. Will definitely be back the next time we are in town. Wish we could have gone again before our trip was over.

Absolutely delicious food and excellent customer service. The best crab puffs that I’ve had in the valley. Highly recommend.

VIET SHACK REVIEWS

Love coming to Viet Shack for my Viet Coffee fix. Their banh mi is amazing as well, definitely one of the best in the valley. There is always an ample amount of meat, a ton of toppings, and the spice level is always good. I do wish their bread was a little more crunchy, but that is just my personal preference. The crispy fried chicken was phenomenal- very crunchy but still extremely juicy. I finished all the sauce that came with it quickly though, so definitely get extra. They also recently expanded their space and it looks amazing!! The employees are always extremely sweet and helpful. Quality and price are nice as well. Please support this local business as much as possible, you won’t be disappointed.

If you’re looking for quick, delicious and authentic Vietnamese food go to Vietshack! The spring rolls are fresh and have many options. The pork belly spring rolls are amazing! Definitely have some of the deep fried egg rolls also. I can’t stop eating them! The shack fried rice is delicious and has bits of Chinese sausage and shrimp. Definitely need to come back and try the fried chicken and chicken wings. If you’ve never tried Vietnamese food talk to the owner and he will steer you in the right direction! You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu.

Food was delish! Quick preparation, adequate dining space. Condiments are on a side stand. Easy access from parking lot.
