truly don’t have the words to describe how incredible Rachael was but I’ll try. From the moment we started working together, she brought calm, clarity, and total confidence to the entire planning process. Every detail was handled with care, and she made what could’ve been stressful feel easy and even fun. And on the big day? Rachael and her amazing assistant Len were absolute magic. I didn’t worry about a single thing. They were somehow everywhere and nowhere at once, making sure everything ran smoothly, quietly fixing things before I even noticed them, and letting me be fully present for the most important day of my life. They didn’t just execute our vision, they elevated it. They were organized, thoughtful, and truly went above and beyond in every way. If you’re considering hiring Rachael, don’t hesitate. She (and Len!) are worth their weight in gold.

Rachael was the wedding planner for my son’s wedding. My husband and I hosted the rehearsal dinner, but she was there helping us with every intimate detail. She even had a drink menu made for the bar. She’s thinks of everything! The wedding was spectacular. The reception room was gorgeous, down to the real candles glistening on the romantic tables she set. My favorite thing about Rachael is her sense of humor, and calmness while managing a million little things. If you want your day to be special, not stressful, hire Rachael and Rae & Co.!

Rachael is such an amazing wedding planner! If you are trying to find decorators for your event, HIRE RED UMBRELLA EVENTS. Red Umbrella Events did decorations for my engagement party in Dec 2021 and all 5 of my wedding events this past July. It’s hard to put into words just how wonderful they are. To start off, their professionalism is unparalleled- you don’t have to worry about timing, quality of work, or lack of communication. When you work with them, you can see how passionate and dedicated they are to take your inspiration, fit it to your liking, and then transform it into real life. I loved the decorations for each event that they did, but I cannot express how lovely the garba and wedding day decorations turned out. They were even more beautiful than I could ever imagine. Tejasbhai and Sejalben are the best!

Tejas was the PERFECT wedding decorator!!! They were willing and able to work with the personalized theme we wanted to include and shared ideas to make all of our events as memorable as possible. Even with any last might changes, they were always eager to help in whichever ways would make our special day perfect for us and all of our guests. We could not have imaged a better team to make our wedding dreams come true. You won't regret choosing Red Umbrella!!!

I had a great experience working with PSR for our wedding. We used them for linens, the centerpieces, flowers, and the backdrops for both the ceremony and reception. Pamela was very quick to respond to any questions that I had and was more than accommodating with working with my vision. The centerpieces were BEAUTIFUL and so were the backdrops. I loved how they were able to bring our vision together and make our wedding that much more beautiful.

Karey and her team at PSR always go above and beyond! As a local wedding planner, they are my go-to for wedding rentals. The entire staff is professional and quick to respond to any of my emails or phone calls. If something comes up last minute I know that I can count on PSR to get the job done.
