Liberty Park is 146 acres adjacent to the Cumberland River. The park includes a 10-acre fishing pond, a community-built playground, a 4-lane boat ramp into the Cumberland River, walking trails (totalling 1.8 miles), four pavilions, the King's Run Bark Park, multi-purpose sports fields, Liberty Park Grill and the Clarksville Marina. The park has outdoor fitness equipment, ADA access, and BBQ grills. In the park, members can purchase memberships through the Parks and Recreation Center. Membership requirements include veterinary records of up-to-date vaccinations and proof of spay/neuter. There is a restaurant nearby that is wonderful for having snacks and drinks near the park.

Billy Dunlop Park is an excellent city park with over 31 acres of parkland. There are plenty of places to relax and enjoy a picnic as well. The park has a play area, fireplace and stage, walking trails and bridge, canoe/kayak access, and fishing access. The park has a large pavilion with a stage that can be reserved for private events. Billy Dunlop Park has ADA access and ample parking. Bathrooms and a large covered pavilion with a small stage and round metal tables can accommodate a pretty good-sized family reunion or group. The park is like a little hidden treasure. The views are breathtakingly beautiful, and the park environment relaxes you.
