Erica and her team was the best last minute addition for us! We didn’t have a wedding planner and didn’t really think about needing help at the wedding to make sure the everything ran smoothly, but we contacted Erica and she was able to put together a team within 10 days during such a busy Christmas season with many other events going on! They worked with us for 2 nights and just made it so much easier on us with the flow! The were so professional and i would work with this team over and over if I need to for future events!
Erica just coordinated my daughter's wedding at Creekside at Collier's End on Oct 17 and did a fabulous job. She came highly recommended and did not disappoint. Erica is extremely professional and detail oriented making her the best choice to handle any event. She is very responsive to phone calls and emails. Carlee and her team did a phenomenal job with planning our daughter’s Texas wedding! We started planning 2 years ago pre-covid. She worked with us up to the time we made a decision to post-pone for a year due to family from Italy not being able to attend. She was so great in talking through options with my daughter and her fiancé. Carlee did great in keeping in touch with us the 2nd year and notifying all vendors. Carlee was extremely attentive and made sure all details were attended to. She communicated regularly and worked great with the bride and groom. Carlee took so much stress off all of our plates and we couldn’t have done this all without her! She was great in assigning tasks and following up and was always responsive when we had questions or needed anything. The wedding venue owner was extremely impressed and stressed how great she was to work with and was amazed how smoothly everything went, despite her planning across the country! Carlee did amazing in communicating with everyone the day of and you never saw her stressed, which meant a lot to me, as the mother of the bride! We would highly recommend Carlee and her team and will definitely use her for our next daughter’s wedding!
Tracy was absolutely phenomenal during the entire wedding planning process. We were blown away by Carlee and Tracy during our very first call with them a year and a half ago. They were incredibly organized (I love their master wedding planning spreadsheet, it was a life saver) and supportive. I could text or email Tracy at any time of day and I knew she’d get back to me within the hour. Tracy helped us find each of our vendors and WOW were they amazing. On the day of the wedding everything went so smoothly, I felt so calm that everything would go according to plan. Tracy was on top of EVERYTHING. All of our guests and friends and families were blown away by how smoothly everything went and specifically commented on how great our wedding planner was. I could not have asked for a better experience. Huntsville Event Planners made sure we had the best day of our lives and I’m without the proper words to express how grateful I am to have found them.

If someone asked me who the MVP of my wedding was, without hesitation I would answer, Charlie Ondeck. Charlie was so much more than a wedding planner. She was a photography director, a wedding decorator, a lighting engineer, a chaos wrangler, a calm voice during a stressful day, and overall an amazing person to work with. She streamed all of my crazy mixed up ideas into one seamless and perfect day. The planning meetings we had were essential, as she asked me many questions I had not yet considered. My wedding photographer struggled with posing, and Charlie guided her through all the poses she knew and we wanted. Charlie was also available all hours of the day, anytime I had a question she was there. Furthermore, I didn’t have to worry at all when the caterer, cakes, flowers, or photographer would arrive, Charlie handled it all. Having her as your wedding planner will be the 2nd best choice you made in your life (after marrying your partner of course), she is worth her weight in gold, and her attention to detail and your wedding will blow you away.
I am an organized person, and I thought I could handle planning our wedding on my own. I was wrong, and I called Charlie a few months prior to my wedding begging her to help me. She took care of everything and made our special day perfect! She coordinated details with all the vendors and tailored a detailed timeline that worked perfectly for us.
