We met Ever as the wedding coordinator of the wedding we attended in Spokane, WA. I was in charge of the flower arrangements and decorations. I was very impressed with her and it was beyond my expectations of how great she did her job. She did a lot of extra work even if it was not her responsibility. In fact she also helped me to clean up and put away my decorations. Ever really pays attention to the personal requests of the bride. She's very accommodating, fun and easy to work with. Plus she has a very positive and joyful personality. I definitely recommend her!

We had the great opportunity to work with Ever recently during my husband's 50th birthday party. Ever was our event planner and decorator and I am so happy and pleased at how everything turned out. She did a fantastic job decorating the place, far exceeded my expectations and definitely wowed our guest at the party. She's very professional and so easy to work with. We definitely recommend her for all your party planning and events. She's the best in town!

We asked Ever if she could help us with a Santa Breakfast for Spokane HOPE, a nonprofit that teaches listening and spoken language to local deaf and hard of hearing children under five. And wow did she ever come through for us! We had a beautifully festive balloon garland, Christmas decor and a lovely photo backdrop. Ever is kind, engaging and really goes above and beyond. We can’t thank her enough for our best Santa event yet!

My family and now husband and I could not be more thankful for Hayley and HAYLO Weddings & Events! From our first meeting Hayley attended to every detail and was so warm, calming, organized, and personable! I loved that she helped to donate our flowers the next day and that anything that could have been an issue or a possible concern was handled so seamlessly that there were no issues or worries. The whole wedding weekend was so perfect, fun, and full of love. My Dad commented that we could all really be so present and just there to enjoy every minute as we knew that everything else was taken care of! Being detail oriented myself I thought that Hayley did an excellent job of putting together a schedule for the day of the wedding and then working with all our other venders, family, guests and us to make sure the day of (and the rehearsal) ran smoothly. Hayley and her assistant started their day when I did and were busy setting up the little details and getting my dress to the venue while I got pampered and spent time with my bridesmaids. Lastly, at our reception we spent all night on the dance floor, and when my bustle failed…she had safety pins at the ready! So, thank you Hayley and HAYLO for everything and for just being a part of our celebration and a key component to it all turning out how it did! Which was just perfect, fun, and full of beautiful memories!

We heard from all of our vendors leading up to our wedding that “Jaime Johnson is the best”. She absolutely lived up to this feedback. We first contacted Jaime over a year and a half ago to begin planning our summer 2022 wedding and she was incredible to work with from the start. Jaime thinks of every single detail and remembered all of our preferences (including food allergies, guests’ travel info, music choices, etc.). She kept us on track and checked in whenever we needed her. Jaime’s ties to the area made it so easy to find trustworthy vendors. We honestly could not have pulled off our wedding without her - she went above and beyond during the planning process and the day-of. We cannot recommend Jaime enough.

Jaime Johnson events not only made my wedding spectacular but I've had the pleasure of working with her at many other events including birthdays, anniversaries, fundraisers both on large and small scales.
