I had an amazing experience with Yelena at Pure Boutique and Spa! She is extremely professional and truly knows her stuff. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel welcome and comfortable. The treatment was incredibly relaxing, and my skin feels fantastic. Yelena genuinely cares about her clients and offers excellent services at very reasonable prices. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for high-quality skincare. Thank you, Yelena, for such a wonderful experience.

I have gone to Kathryn for massages every few months for the last 3 years, for a reason. I found her when I was pregnant and through pregnancy, post-partum and beyond, she’s been a wonderful part of my self care system. She’s incredible at what she does. She also happens to be very sweet and professional. Trust me— book with Kathryn.

The salon is so clean and relaxing and it’s very easy to schedule online. Carole is the best waxing professional I’ve ever met! Even though getting waxed can be an awkward situation, she’s so personable and really makes you feel relaxed.

I had a massage with Jenna and I have to admit it is the best massage I’ve ever had. I am a little nervous to even post this because I don’t want Her to be taken. Her attention to detail and her ability to listen is so amazing. I am grateful and will continue to see her. It’s hard to find a therapist with her expertise in Spokane.

Loved my experience! The staff were friendly, attentive, and professional. My pedicure was relaxing and looks great. My eyebrows turned out amazing. Turned my day around.

Melissa, my stylist, makes me feel seen and heard. Her talents in styling and knowledge of hair is obvious. She makes me feel beautiful inside and out.

My massage and facial experiences were both phenomenal. Staff is very skilled and passionate about what they do. Mckenna went above and beyond for me to make me feel comfortable and welcome. She has a heart of gold and provided me with the best customer service I have ever encountered as well as just genuine care. I was completely blown away by my experience and will for sure be back.

My husband and I got a couple 60 minute massage. It was very relaxing Kylee was phenomenal! The only thing I wish there was a hot tub or pool where couples could relax. It was pleasant and they were very professional! The other thing we didn’t like was we couldn’t go in the sauna together as they are separated in the men’s and woman’s bathrooms.

Amazing! What an experience! Had a wonderful facial. The area where you wait to be called in for your appointment was also a treat.
