If you're looking for spruce up a party in a very fun manner, call Francis. I used her for my mom's 90th birthday party and the balloon arch she put together lit up this big room. She sat under the arch like a queen. Francis was very professional, helped me with colors, arrived on time, and 3 weeks after the party the balloons are slightly deflated so all the seniors are enjoying them after the event.
Francis did an amazing job with the balloon cascade at our family's baby shower party. I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful balloon arrangement. I unfortunately had to book her last minute and she was very nice, understanding and available. The balloon colors we're perfect and blended so well with the party theme. I definitely will continue to use Planned by Francis again!
Francis was instrumental in making sure that the My Super Powers! Foundation's Friendship Dinner was a success. She helped throughout the planning and provided beautiful ballon decor.
