I'm starting my 2nd weight loss phase. It's been a bit since I was in the weight loss phase, and I am excited to see what's new with the program and the new maintenance program. I really like that I can eat my own foods and nothing prepackaged. The staff is great to work with and can always get a quick answer if needed. I like the app and the accountability. Sometimes life happens, and the staff has always been so encouraging to not let one bad day get me down. Looking forward to the next 60 days.

So grateful for MN Fat Loss! I had a successful experience about 5 years ago and lost 20 pounds. This was the only program that I was able to lose weight and kept it off. The program was so easy to do, fun to see quick results for great motivation, and the staff is very friendly. Now, having gone through menopause, I am looking forward to doing another round of the program. Stay tuned.

This is one program that is definitely worth the money and it works. The food choices are great. It’s honestly all about portion control. It is easy to maintain the weight once you get to your goal. I lost a little over 30 pounds in the first 90 days and I have maybe another 10 that I would like to lose. This is the only plan that really worked for me.
