The tech and the doctor were both absolutely amazing. The last time I was there, I was told by a different doctor that my dog needs calming meds, but this time around they said he was amazing. He didn’t need the calming meds. They were so gentle. They praised him. They let him get to know them before they did anything which was amazing. He was such a good boy! Thank you to the two individuals who worked with him. Cedar and our family appreciate you both very much.

I wasn't a long-term client of theirs and the extra care they gave to my beloved Xena went above and beyond! Especially when I rushed her in after she stopped breathing and they tended to her quickly and started CPR and we realized it was too late. They were wonderful, can't say more then I completely recommend them for professional and compassionate care for your fur-baby.

Always a good experience at (I can't say great because no matter what, a vet visit is terrifying for my kitties!). From the front desk to the techs, to the veterinarian's, they are always true professionals and take such good care of us.

Grand Avenue Veterinary Center is an absolute gem! As the proud owner of two Bernese Mountain Dogs, Gus and Bruce, I can wholeheartedly say that their care is exceptional. From routine check-ups (over the past 5 years) to a recent emergency surgery for Bruce, the team at Grand Avenue has been nothing short of phenomenal. They are incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely care about the well-being of my furry family members. During Bruce's emergency, they were upfront, honest, and patiently guided me through the process of finding the best emergency surgical hospital. Their follow-up care has been outstanding. What truly sets Grand Avenue apart is that my dogs love going to the vet! They wag their tails and greet the staff with enthusiasm, each and every time. That speaks volumes about the positive and gentle environment that Grand Avenue Veterinary Clinic has created. I wouldn't trust Gus and Bruce with anyone else! Highly, highly recommend! PS. One of my favorite aspects about Grand Avenue Veterinary Center is that all team members kneel down to greet and examine my large dogs. I took my fearful dog here for the first time today and we had a great experience! The front desk staff were very welcoming and kind. They gave myself and my dog water. Dr. Luke was so patient and caring with Cleo. The techs were so sweet to her and patient and she didn't even have to be restrained for her blood draw or shot! That has never happened before. I am very impressed with this place. Highly recommend.

We love Grand Ave Veterinary Center! Just had Miss B's 7-year checkup. Everyone is so kind and gentle. Next up teeth cleaning - yes that's a thing for dogs, especially little ones! Thanks for taking such great care of us.
