Getting immigration medical exam was super easy and exceeded all expectations! The staff were outstanding—friendly, professional, and highly communicative. They went above and beyond to ensure a smooth process and demonstrated exceptional organizational skills. I highly recommend this clinic.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming! Didn’t have to wait hours before being seen. Quickest urgent care experience I’ve had. Would choose this place again.

Staff was superb. Was in town for a conference and had a respiratory infection. They got me in quickly and the care was great. I highly recommend them for your urgent care needs.

The staff are very friendly and make the experience very easy, specifically Megan was very friendly and despite me needing to get 3 vaccines and a blood draw she made the experience fun, easy, and painless! Definitely recommend and shoutout to Megan.

Professional and exceptional customer service. Was helped by Philett and she was really funny and kind. Pretty sure she took pity on my bad jokes, but nonetheless it made me feel good. Highly recommend.

Went to Concentra for a mandated drug test for a new employer. The staff were friendly, fast and effective. Thanks.

Always a great experience here. I feel reassured and safe here. I trust bringing my children here as well and they have caught important things to do with my health that I had no idea about. It's faster than hospitals, always clean, staff are always kind and answer your questions. I've been coming to the Urgency room for years but this location is number 1. Thank you receptionist, doctors, paramedic help everyone.

Today was my first visit to The Urgency Room. I am favorably impressed. The staff was personable, efficient, caring and competent. There was almost no wait time throughout my visit which is much appreciated.

The urgency room in Eagan is top notch! Everyone from the front reception staff to nurses, physicians assistant and X-ray technician was professional, friendly, caring and efficient. I highly recommend this urgency room for your urgent care needs. They really do a wonderful job.
