This is a really amazing program; however you really need to be self-motivated and ready to change your lifestyle; otherwise it won’t work for you. All the information you need is available electronically, the staff is responsive to questions via the app. The first two weeks are the hardest but eventually it gets easier. You realize that you have the power and the ability to eat healthy utilizing your OWN food. I tried meal replacement programs in the past and I’d lose weight, but eventually gained it back when I started eating on my own. This program is built to help you be healthy for the long haul. I have experienced significant changes outside of just the weight loss. My aches and pains have been significantly reduced, I’m stronger, I feel more confident, my skin is clear and my stomach feels so l much better. This is the best program I’ve tried and you really do lose a lot of weight.
