When I first met with Dr. Bryce and Angela, I felt very confident in their customized plans and their encouraging, educational approach. I like that their approach does not involve spending money on supplements or other crazy meal plans. The initial focus on nutrition through an easy-to-follow outline makes it super simple to start seeing progress. I like the science-based education shared throughout the program to help me better understand how my body responds to different foods and exercise. I know that the tools they have provided me will continue to help maintain my results after the program ends.

I’m so grateful to Dr Bryce and Angela for all the great support they have given me! I had tried so many other programs but failed because they are not designed for my style of life as this program where I get professional and personal attention. I learned so much about the way my body processes food- these lessons taught me so much about not just losing weight but how to maintain a healthy body weight in ways that I will never forget.
