Happy to leave a 5-star review for Pelican Replacement Windows! Definitely a great overall experience, from first contact on Yelp through communications with their office, actual installation and payment. All seamless. The two-man installation team replaced my two bedroom windows in a few hours and did a great job, were friendly, respectful, and professional. Everything was cleaned up completely. Oh yeah - their price was the best of the 3 estimates I received! Very happy with my new windows!

So happy with Pelican Windows! I’ve used them for two separate jobs now (to spread the cost out) and I’ve had nothing but great experiences. Their customer service is excellent - we had an issue with our sliding glass door screen about 6 months after installation and they sent someone out to fix it right away (now it’s actually better than it originally was). The installation guys are very professional and friendly and do a fantastic job. I’ve already recommended them to my neighbor!
