Joey and his crew were charged with the difficult task of installing 450lbs glass fire-rated panels in our Manhattan apartment. Despite all the challenges encountered and outside of his control, Joey never tried to drop the project or upcharge me. He kept me posted all the way on potential solutions and got it done.
