Just installed 6 windows all together at rich, what really stands out is the perfect seal and the quality of the window. I live in an area where air traffic is significant enough to disturb our life. With the new window closed, the airplane noise is hardly noticeable. The thickness of the window is also great as the frequency of the heater being turned on is drastically reduced. The installation process is very smooth. Workers are very professional and polite. Overall I'm extremely happy with my experience with Rich. Definitely will recommend them to my friends.

Rich Windows is just awesome! I compared a few windows companies, and I found only Rich windows has the same price and glass thickness for the windows, also they have great service, a girl who was sit front of the desk was patient enough to answer all my questions. That was a great experience with them, I will look to try and use them for any future glass needs.

The staffs are friendly. The technicians are skillful and efficient. The price is reasonable. Thank you very much for their work.
