We have used AE Shutters on three houses now. Our latest job was to add some waterproof shutters to a new shower remodel, as well as some wood shutters to a few unique shaped windows, which now completes all windows in this house. We continue to go back to AE Shutters and refer them to everyone we know. The quality is superb, the price is so reasonable – MUCH better than other companies providing wood shutters, and the customer service is always top notch. They are very communicative – from the person giving the estimate, to the office personnel, to the installers. They even worked with us when we needed a window replaced and we wanted AE to remove the shutter for the window replacement and reinstall it on the same day. We couldn’t be happier with our multiple interactions with AE Shutters.

A&E did a wonderful job in installing shutters (17 windows in total) into our new home. Kendall came out and measured, and even took the time to show me details that two other vendors missed that if I'd gone with them would have resulted in not being able fully utilize my double-hung tilt-in windows. They were considerably less than two other vendors I got bids from. Knowing they are local and produced in factory right here in Garland was also a plus. They were able to produce and install in 4-weeks (2 weeks ahead of competitors). The install team was quick and efficient. We love the new window coverings. I'd highly recommend using them.
