I went to Bargain Town Furniture in Garland in search of an affordable living room set. The entire staff was friendly. I did not feel hounded or harassed. I was greeted at the door by Kaylee who even offered me a cart to lean on when she saw I had mobility issues. I let her know what I was interested in and she made me aware of the specials and to just let her know if I had any questions. She was readily available to answer all my questions including prices after taxes and comparisons. She gave me the tools I needed to make the best decision for me and at no point in time did I feel pressured or rushed. I was truly able to get a bargain, obtain financing and she let me know what to expect throughout the entire process and steps I needed to take. I got a good deal on a couch and loveseat set that was on sale so I was even able to add in an area rug. I have no complaints and definitely recommend. I am happy with my purchase and can not wait for it to be set up and delivered. She listened effectively to my wants and needs, then using her vast decorating knowledge and an excellent awareness of what the store stock could offer, she helped me create a beautiful living space within my budget. Prices and quality of the furniture offered were great and financing was very easy.

I went in today looking for a sofa set and found the perfect sofa and loveseat and ottoman. Alex was so friendly and not pushy at all. My husband and I got 2 bedroom sets from here, Leo was our salesman and he treated us like valued customers. There were some issues that had to be solved and I understand why we had to wait for a few things, they can’t be held responsible for a Manufactacturing error or a late shipment. I think too many have given reviews due to a lack of patience, people can be so cold hearted and they do not deserve it. Pleasant people who actually greeted us and helped us find what we needed, even offered us water. I will be returning for more items, the selection is awesome.
