Although they weren't able to complete the service on my car the same day, they went above and beyond by offering it to me at half the price as a courtesy - which really shows how much they care about their customers. Bobby Evans hands down gave me the best service l've ever had — professional, honest, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. On top of that, the quality of the work was absolutely amazing. My car sounds better than ever, and you can tell they take pride in what they do. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for top-notch work and incredible customer care. My muffler broke and was completely detached, so I went to this place to get it fixed, and I have to say that my first bust went really well! The head worker there was so considerate and took the time to take a look and work on my situation to ensure everything in my car worked smoothly, even working a little past business hours to get my car patched up. He did a wonderful job fixing up my muffler, and when he finished, he insisted that I didn’t need to worry about the costs at all. I was so touched by his kind gesture that it makes me really glad I found this place.

Brought in vehicle for A/C check and the service was unmatched. Not only did they resolve the issue, but went above and beyond to make sure everything was good. We came in on a Saturday an hour before closing, and they took care of us right away, and even stayed past closing. The manager on duty at the time sat in the office area and spoke with us the entire time. Felt like speaking to a long time friend. All the workers were genuine and I would recommend their shop in a heartbeat. Give them a chance and you won’t regret it. Thank you for taking care of us.

Recently, I needed a new motor for my car. Ron and Chris worked with the warranty company to insure I only paid my deductible. very nice young men that work at Meineke they gave me a wonderful oil change windshield wiper blades. Very nice place. I will be going again very soon.
