Sam’s Jewelry was amazing to work with. Not only did they provide me with a beautiful custom ring for my fiancée, they also got me out of a tough spot. When I walked in to order the ring they told me it wasn’t guaranteed that the ring would be ready prior to the trip we were leaving on where I’d propose. Sam was very helpful in the sense that not only did he ship the ring straight to our destination, he also allowed me to borrow the floor sample ring as a back up in case something went wrong with the deliver. Just as he predicted it, something did go wrong with the shilling but I was able to propose as planned thanks to the ring I was able to borrow. If you need an engagement ring or actually any type of ring, I highly recommends Sam’s Jewelry. Thank you Sam!

A fabulous jewelry store with exceptional service! We are new to the area and needed an experienced jeweler to resize a ring and replace a damaged gemstone. Sam, the owner of the store, patiently walked us through our options and helped choose the perfect sapphire. He kept us updated on the progress of the repair and the work was completed ahead of schedule at a very reasonable price. We now have great trust in Sam and his team so we will be having them repair and resize some other pieces that are very precious to us. Sam’s Fine Jewelry is a fantastic alternative to the chain jewelry stores and it’s great to support a local business.

First off, everyone we talked to at the Sam’s was very friendly. We had gone there to have an heirloom pearl bracelet restrung as a gift for our daughter. They went the extra mile to get it done in a short amount of time. I’m so extremely grateful and will come back here again. Actually, we already made a return visit to resize another heirloom.
