Every apartment community has its challenges. It’s unreasonable to expect that hundreds of different families and individuals living so closely together would never have complaints about their housing. Things like noisy neighbors and messy residents are extremely difficult to manage, legally. The way this community (regardless of owners/management) handles circumstances that are in the acceptable range of “manageable” has been excellent. Primarily the maintenance team. I’ve lived here for 6 years and the quality of the maintenance team has only gotten better. Most recently, Mike, Jose, and Eric have been so great in taking care of the community as well as my own multiple requests that just happened to occur simultaneously. They completed the requests very quickly and they were accommodating and flexible, even though they are busy. I know because there’s hardly a time when I don’t see all of them out in the community each time I walk my dog (several times a day). I don’t typically have much interaction with the office staff, but every time I’ve needed them they’ve been very kind and helpful. And even if they couldn’t help directly, they’d offer suggestions to resolve my issues another way! PS- I’ve never had a bug problem, huge plus for any residence!

My tour was great!! I plan to move in July so I was looking at different options and my tour guide was very nice and knowledgeable. We toured the model unit which I fell in LOVE with. Makes me want that exact unit (plus the furniture) I think I definitely will be moving here in July!

Very nice personnel and tour was good. Unfortunately didn’t have the size apartment we were looking for on date of tour but they were going to have one available the following week so they would contact us for another tour. Apartments had large living rooms which was nice compared to others in the area.
