Great quality and very competitive price. Due to the pandemic the wait could have been up to 12 weeks and they beat that time frame and over delivered on that promise. Install was scheduled immediately and installer was professional, prompt and courteous. My wife and I had some questions and concerns post install and the follow up was great. We had two arched windows which were not an easy fit. Griff, George and ultimately Greg were awesome. Greg came out to us and solved all issues without complaint conveying a great attitude to please the customer. We really appreciated it and highly recommend this company. The wife is happy.

This is a truly EXCEPTIONAL COMPANY! They installed shutters for me a few years back and I never had one single complaint. I was very happy with the shutters and the good service. I have also had interaction with this company on a couple of maintenance matters. One slat became unhooked and I spoke with George. He provided me with the staple to reattach the shutter and was very helpful. I contacted him again the other day because I wondered about them coming out to replace magnets, which were destroyed by me, using window fans, and had the same extremely positive experience. He did not want to subject me to the expense of the company coming to install the magnets, so he mailed them to me within a couple of days. CUSTOMER SERVICE is actually a rare commodity these days. This company offers customer service over and above what you would expect, and GEORGE is the ULTIMATE REPRESENTATIVE of customer service for their company. I would highly recommend this company on many levels.
