Best place in all of Anchorage. I’ve been yoga inconsistently all across the country for like….18 years? This studio and there’s classes are my favorites of all time!!.
If you want to really work hard you can or dial it back, it’s up to you, no pressure. And if you’ve never done it you will find all the athletic challenge your up for.
Great experience from start to finish! I was initially thrown off by the number system, but have gotten used to it and understand the value.
