HILLSIDE PET CLINIC REVIEWS

My bunny had an eye infection and they were able to get us in the next day. The vet and vet tech prioritized her comfort, make sure to soothe her when she got nervous during the exam before moving on to the next portion. They showed me how to give her meds and supplied them for us at the visit. The staff even moved us to the exam room as fast as possible so my bunny could be warmer, away from the windows. We’ve always brought our tortoise here because they are amazing with exotics. I’m happy to say that even though I live downtown, I will always go all the way to Hillside to get our pets seen there. Always.

We had an emergent situation with our leopard gecko, and Hillside worked us right in. The staff was very friendly and clearly showed their affection for pets, which made me feel very comfortable leaving him there. Our issue was resolved, and the doctor took great care in giving us follow up instructions and answering all our question. The staff also kindly followed up the next morning. I couldn’t have asked for better care for a beloved pet.

Have used the Hillside Pet Clinic for over 15 years. Professional friendly always greeted with a smile. The doctors have cared for my birds, dogs and cats.

Thorough, smart, patient, kind, dedicated. They answer my questions and understand where I am coming from when I am worried about my dog’s health. They try to keep me informed and have good procedures to ensure a safe visit.

Dr. Anderson is knowledgeable, professional and explains things in a manner easy to digest. It’s also obvious she loves animals. The rest of the staff were kind and helpful. Very much appreciated by Daisy and myself.

I’ve been taking my dog to Ak veterinary clinic since he was just a puppy. He’s now almost 14 and they always take great care of him. All the doctors are excellent.

PET EMERGENCY TREATMENT REVIEWS

Had a dental emergency with my service dog. They evaluated quickly, prescribed antibiotics and an anti-inflammatory to gets started. Set us up with a referral for a canine vet at the end of the month, for a possible root canal. The entire process was smooth, stressless, and comforting. And they take my pet insurance, Trupanion. That's going to help with the cost of the procedure! Would highly recommend Pet Emergency to anyone with an urgent need for vet care. These people really care.

PET Emergency took excellent care of my dog after an accidental injury. They went above and beyond to provide timely procedures and aftercare.

Staff was kind and did excellent with my scared pup, thank you.
