Reger Physical Therapy is wonderful. I was miserable from back pain/sciatica for months, off and on for years. Cortland got me from walking crooked to pain free in about five weeks. I didn’t know it was possible to improve this much from physical therapy. With full confidence I 10/10 recommend Reger PT to anyone in Alaska looking for pain relief.

I have used Reger Physical Therapy more than once for rehabilitation from surgery's. Cortland and his staff has always been knowledgeable, responsive and got me back on my feet. I would highly suggest him for your rehabilitation needs.

Cortland was great! He adjusted the exercises to my pace and making sure I had lots of information and resources. Front office staff was very helpful and understanding when I had to make schedule changes as well.

After a sudden and expected lower back issue I was referred by OPA to seek physical therapy as an alternative to surgery. Wasn’t sure what to expect as I was in a lot of pain with difficulty being able to even walk 10 feet. Louis at integrative Physical Therapy had me sorted in a couple days as well as providing me with a continued plan to ensure long term recovery. Excellent experience.

Louis helped me after both my back surgery and later on for a separate shoulder issue— he is a magician! Skilled and knowledgeable, he has reduced my pain level and given me tools to use for life. Thanks Louis.
