ANCHORAGE YOGA REVIEWS
Five Stars, hands down the best yoga studio on the top of the world (in Alaska)! And in my opinion, just anywhere, because I’ve never felt so at home, welcomed, encouraged, and embraced with knowledge and guidance in my practice as I do here. I believe that I’ve participated in the full array of yoga classes offered, and also joined in on educational opportunities. I love love love the teachers! I’m obsessed with the standard that the studio holds when it comes to what they offer, and I can’t say enough about the atmosphere. I usually get the passes that you can use whenever (so many to use within a year) because my schedule can be so sporadic, but I bought into my first membership recently (last 3 months) and am enjoying it extremely. I can book as many as I’d like, anytime, and even have access to virtual classes when I’m not in town. Of course I respect the terms of canceling if I can’t make it, have to, but all of the costs are fair. I’ve gained so much from my experiences there, can’t put a price on how I feel when I’m going to and leaving from the studio. The high energy I have after class carries me through my day, gracefully and mindfully. I’m very grateful for Anchorage Yoga, as it’s a light in my life, and will forever hold a special place in my heart!
I love attending the classes here! The classes are amazing very relaxing but also a good workout/stretch. I have back pain and I've only done 3 classes and it's already so much better. It is also very convenient to go to an early class and then go straight to work or school. There are showers with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash that are all great. They also have blow dryers. I love being able to go to yoga and then got right to work. Definitely worth the money!
I LOVE Anchorage Yoga!!!!!!! I love the environment and culture they create there as soon as you walk in. I’ve done yoga at other facilities and with other instructors and it really just feel like a good work out or stretch. At Anchorage Yoga it almost feels like church for your soul and the work out is a bonus. I love the staff at AY. I adore Katey & Raquel! Raquel’s sound baths are amazing and soulful. I also see Lauren for my massages and adore her. I love her energy and she fully explains her techniques. I leave there like I’m floating afterwards. If you haven’t experienced Anchorage Yoga you are missing out!

ALL LIFE IS YOGA REVIEWS
Had a private lesson with Mary the owner that was so enlightening and informational! She is so knowledgeable in what she does and is so kind and passionate to help others. She taught me so many goods techniques to do on my own to help better my overall body health. I left feeling refreshed and good. Highly recommend checking them out!
Mary is amazing, gregarious, and family friendly! She hosted a private lesson for my wife who has back issues and was very informative. She went over the root causes, preventative and loosening stretches and rolls, and strength building for the region. She was able to look at my wife's posture to determine preferential imbalances and had ways to accommodate or overcome them. She packed a lot of information into 1 hour, set out items to engage my 18 month old daughter, and kept us on track through the whole lesson. She also followed up with an email repeating the bullet points of the lesson and is available to us with any follow up questions. She has everything they use in the studio for sale in the front end shop so we were able to have an all inclusive one stop and support a completely locally owned Alaska business. Most importantly my wife now has the knowledge and tools to help prevent future incapacitating back pain. Mary helps change people's lives!
Love taking any type of class here! The studio fosters a great environment and culture too

OPEN SPACE YOGA STUDIO REVIEWS
Visiting anchorage for 10 days with a lot of time to kill, I was able to get a spot for the one-on-one yoga and bodywork combo session..and it was AMAZING! The instructor is clearly an expert in her field and catered the experience to my exact needs and wants. This was probably my favorite thing I did while visiting. The studio space is clean and relaxing and inviting. If I lived here, I would attend regularly.
Open Space is cozy and welcoming. The owner Svia is an amazing yoga teacher and hosts regular retreats in addition to her weekly classes. Highly recommend!
It was so clean and tidy, a get place for workouts and yoga.
