Gilbert Yoga

I started going to Gilbert Yoga 5 weeks ago since I was about 20 weeks pregnant. Was so glad to find a yoga studio super close to my house who teaches prenatal yoga They also have a bike rack right outside of the studio. So I bought a e-bike just to ride to my yoga classes. Mary, Heather, Amanda and Jen are all amazing teachers! So far I have attended all their classes and loved my experience with all of them! I’ve made going to yoga classes my daily routine and I’ve been feeling great about it. The classes help me to relax, meditate, feeling motivated and finding peace in myself. So far I’m planning to keep attending these yoga classes until the day I give birth. And I know I’m gonna feel much more confident during birth. And probably a faster recovery afterwards too. Thank you, Gilbert Yoga! .

Highly recommend Gilbert Yoga !! I have been a patron of Gilbert yoga for over a decade. I came to this studio never having done yoga. I found an incredible space that is welcoming , free of any judgment and full of resources with the instructors and fellow students. Gilbert Yoga is an authentic yoga studio , its teachers and classes vary and are accessible to all levels of experience and ability. If you ever wanted to try yoga and or meditation , this studio is the perfect place to start or continue your practice!.

From the time I first tried a class at Gilbert yoga, I knew this was the right spot. The energy in the space is amazing and supportive. There’s multiple different instructors, so there’s a fit for every need. Everyone is great at making you feel comfortable and at home. I would give 10 stars if I could!!.
