Yoga Spot

I have been going to the YogaSpot for two months. This yoga studio is the most challenging exercise of my week. I always think it would get easier since I have been going for a while. That's not the case! I get challenged every time I step into the studio. I have taken classes from different instructors, and they have all been wonderful. I love going to Natasha's class because she is great at guiding the class, and her music selection is right up my lane. The yoga studio is always clean. They have merchandise to purchase in store. They also offer mat and towel rentals. Their class fill up really fast. I usually have the 80 min hot yoga class, and I feel like I need to lay down all day. It can be tough for brand new yogis, but as long as they stick to it, it gets easier.

I rarely take the time to rate businesses, but Autumn and the staff at Yoga Spot deserve recognition. I have been going to yoga spot since about 2014 and as of the past couple years had been sharing a family plan with my daughter. My daughter has since gone off to college and can’t make class very often only when she is home and I have a new work schedule that’s made it pretty difficult to get into class. Autumn and Gina have ALWAYS supported me as the customer to ensure my paid classes are available to use when we aren’t able to use them in the 1 year timeframe. They have always worked with me to ensure the money I’ve paid isn’t wasted and always supporting the customer. I always feel like I am missed at class when I show up after a couple months and receive a warm welcome and “we missed you” from Gina :) I would highly recommend this yoga studio not only for its wonderful instructors and beautiful studio but also the way in which they treat their customers, they are top notch!! Thank you Yoga Spot :).

Amazing 80 minute hot yoga class!! So happy I found this place. Very nice clean bathrooms and showers. Wonderful staff and instructors! Thank you!.
