GUD Yoga

GUD yoga is amazing! The staff and community are so welcoming for both newcomers and seasoned veterans alike. Each instructor brings their own approach, but all possess the acumen, compassion, presence, and facilitation needed to allow each member-on-the-mat to grow individually amongst the collective. I started yoga this past June, and it made a much greater impact than I thought it would. If it wasn't for the encouraging, wonderful teachers that lead us through our practice, I'm not sure I'd feel this way. The ambiance of the studio is simply peaceful and it's the perfect place to be. I always look forward to coming here, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to practice yoga!.

I have been practicing at GUD for 4 years now. It is a very friendly and inviting studio with lots of great class options. I love the vinyasa flows the most, but I truly enjoy every class they offer. Being a member has many benefits, it’s totally worth it!.
