Just Breathe Aerials

I wanted to share my second time coming to this studio for Aerial Yoga with Amanda. Let me start off by saying how amazing and kind she is! You can tell when someone really loves what they do and shares that love and positive energy around the room for everyone to feel. I felt like I could really trust her to guide me through this class and support me 100%. There was no judgement, it was such a safe place for me. She creates such a perfect environment for relaxation and self-discovery. The aerial yoga itself was a transformative experience. It challenged my body in ways I hadn't experienced before, yet it also felt incredibly freeing and empowering. Ever since I was diagnosed with my Auto immune disease I have been finding ways to exercise in a more fun and connecting way and honestly I will be a returning customer because of her. She is a great asset to this studio and I'm so glad I was able to be apart of her teachings.

My happy place ! The staff is amazing, helpful and fun . Lots of different classes to choose from . I learned so much from them I’m healthier now than I’ve been in years. When my daughter visits she’s there constantly she can’t get enough as well. Highly recommend to everyone.

Wonderful workout! Lori takes all the precautions to keep us safe while we work out. Limited amount of spaces. So book a spot soon. Do yourself a favor try this unique workout. You won't be sorry.
