I had a fantastic experience at this urgent care location. The staff is truly exceptional, and I was especially impressed with Physician Assistant James Anderson. He took the time to listen carefully to my concerns and thoroughly understand my symptoms. His attention to detail and ability to assess what was going on with my body was remarkable. After conducting tests, the results confirmed exactly what he had suspected. I’m so grateful for his expertise and the care he provided, which has put me on the road to recovery. From now on, this will be my go-to urgent care location. Thank you for everything.

I really like to use the MD Now urgent care in Saint Lucie West. I’m able to check in online and when I arrive the wait time is minimal. The staff is very friendly. James the PA who attended me today and in December is very knowledgeable and diagnoses my symptoms accurately each time. I have had good results in getting better with the medication he has prescribed me. I highly recommend this urgent care.

I decided to share my experience at CareSpot due to the polite and kindness as soon as I arrived. I knew there would be a wait as there was a few people ahead of me I filled out a few things on the tablet and returned it back to the desk. A short time later I was called to the back and asked to put my things in the box as I was a little nervous, The assistant Alice was very polite and kind and started a small chat with me that made my nerves calmly go away:) Thank You Alicea Raquel for making my experience with care spot five stars and I would recommend anyone's first time be here.

Love this place the staff this weekend was so caring and friendly. The NP was amazing he was very thorough with my daughter who has medical issues. Definitely will be my go to place with her. Your front desk lady , and MA on Saturday was absolutely so sweet. Thank you for such great care.

Staff is knowledgeable and efficient. From the front desk to the doctors, they are polite and kind. Great place to go when you don’t feel well and you need to get in quickly.

I was met with exceptional care from the moment I stepped into the facility. Not only was I greeted with positive staff members throughout the entire process but the care was thorough and professional. The staff was patient with my questions, I was seen quickly, and the facility was updated and kept clean. It’s rare to find an urgent care that checks off all the boxes so I will most definitely recommend and come back if I need to be seen by a provider.

I had a great experience here. The office is very clean and modern, and the staff made me feel welcome right away. The wait time was also much shorter than other urgent cares I’ve been to where you end up waiting hours just to be seen. The provider was attentive and answered all my questions. It’s also a plus that they accept BCBS, UHC, Sunshine, among others.

I saw Amy for my cold, she gave me appropriate cough medication and evaluated my lungs and stuffy nose. Feeling much better after a few days. The front desk Sharon was really helpful.
