I had a wonderful experience at this spa! The place is spotless and beautifully maintained, which immediately made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Savannah and Mickenna deliver great customer service. Erica and the Dr. they took the time to listen to my needs and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. Most importantly, the results were amazing — I left feeling refreshed and so happy with the services I received. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back.

This is by far the best place to go to for all of your beauty needs ! This is the only place that I go to to get my Botox/fillers/vitamin infusions ! I love this place. You walk in everybody always has a smile on their face. Everybody that works there is always very welcoming with a smile on their face The atmosphere is always so bright ! A friend of mine goes here as well. she gets done the micro needling and her skin is flawless ! If I could give Neurostrive more than five stars, I would give it 100 stars. I love you Neurostrive you guys rock.

Neurostrive has been my go to place for several years now. Dr. Kashouty and his staff are extremely skilled and so kind and patient with clients. I am extremely pleased with my results and will continue to use Neurostrive for IV and Aesthetic treatments.

I don’t usually write reviews, but when an experience truly stands out, I feel it’s worth sharing. I accidentally showed up on the wrong day for my appointment, but Brooke was incredibly kind and accommodating and was able to fit me in. Alyssa, my injector, was absolutely amazing! She was knowledgeable, informative, and so down-to-earth. From the moment I met her, I felt comfortable trusting her with my concerns. She took the time to listen, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel pressured in any way. The entire experience was wonderful from start to finish. I highly recommend them and will definitely be referring all of my friends and family.

I had a great experience at Port St. Lucie Medical Wellness! The office is absolutely beautiful, clean, and very welcoming. The staff was amazing from start to finish so friendly, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. I went in for Botox and everything was explained clearly, which really put me at ease. You can tell they truly care about their clients and take pride in what they do.
