Dee was so sweet. I was very nervous and she made me feel completely at ease! Even during the process she was able to identify quickly that I was in slight distress and swiftly corrected the issue. She was very gentle I had minimal swelling and bruising. I’m going back in a few weeks to get something else done.

Ashley and the receptionist understands the power of quality customer service. They always treat me with respect, kindness, and professionalism. I appreciate Ashley’s integrity as she never suggests more than needed to address the “eleven” between my brows. She’s knowledgeable and gentle. I always enjoy my visit to New Radiance.

Loved my experience. Ashley was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable and welcomed. She answered all of my questions. I’ll definitely be coming back to see her again.

I had a wonderful experience at this spa! The place is spotless and beautifully maintained, which immediately made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Savannah and Mickenna deliver great customer service. Erica and the Dr. they took the time to listen to my needs and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. Most importantly, the results were amazing — I left feeling refreshed and so happy with the services I received. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back.

This is by far the best place to go to for all of your beauty needs ! This is the only place that I go to to get my Botox/fillers/vitamin infusions ! I love this place. You walk in everybody always has a smile on their face. Everybody that works there is always very welcoming with a smile on their face The atmosphere is always so bright ! A friend of mine goes here as well. she gets done the micro needling and her skin is flawless ! If I could give Neurostrive more than five stars, I would give it 100 stars. I love you Neurostrive you guys rock.
