I would like to sincerely thank the Veterinary Medical Center of St. Lucie County, along with their compassionate veterinarian and staff, for helping us through one of the most difficult decisions of our lives—putting our beloved dog, Mimi, to sleep. They made this heartbreaking experience as comfortable and peaceful as possible. We were given the time we needed to say our goodbyes, just as Mimi deserved, and were presented with all available options without any judgment. Their kindness and professionalism meant the world to us. We are especially grateful for the thoughtful sympathy card we received in the mail, along with Mimi’s paw and nose prints. That beautiful gesture touched us deeply—we cried our eyes out. Lastly, thank you for offering the keepsake paw print. It’s something we will always treasure and keep close to our hearts. I wholeheartedly recommend this veterinary hospital to anyone who loves their fur babies as much as we loved ours. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

We’ve been going to VMC for over 10 years and for the last several years for emergencies and boarding. Tonight I had to go due to being unable to give my newly diagnosed buddy, Jackson, his insulin. Thankfully Sondra was the tech. She was amazing!! Jackson already knows her as she’s always so nice to him. He’s a special little guy with a lot of anxiety. She showed us another method to administered the insulin. She explained the method to hold him and did so while I administered the injection. He never flinched. Sondra is an amazing technician that VMC and her patients are lucky to have. She deserves to be recognized and please don’t ever let her leave!! Thank you.

My dog was at death’s door less than five days ago and now she’s back to 110%. When we came in I was afraid we would have to wait and my dog couldn’t. She walked in and threw up on the floor and they immediately took her and evaluated her. The staff was amazing, they laid out all financial options after evaluating her immediately and just all around bedside manner was top notch.

The front desk staff was super friendly. Dr. Carrell & the vet tech (I want to say her name is Angela but I’m so sorry if I am wrong) we’re very caring and gentle with my Persian Daisie. She was very scared to be there for an ear infection and i knew right away she was in good hands! Thank you North Port for the loving care! Daisie is now sleeping at home comfy back in her happy place.

I’ve been using this office for several years. I have met all of the vets and found them to be helpful, honest and kind. I had an emergency last year and needed unplanned boarding for my 2 cats. They helped us with examinations and the boarding. When I was able to get my cats home after 6 weeks, the cats were very happy and not mad at me.

Leo went to this vet office today and had the best experience ever. He was taken in on time and everyone involved was top notch. We had a pleasant experience with the receptionist, Kristen the assistant and Dr. McNamara. I highly recommend this office to my fellow pet owners.

The most important attribute to any business is how happy the workers are. I have been taking my dogs to Kindness for over 17 years and yes different dogs and yes the owners changed.....i have to say the staff never changed as far as how much like an extended family they are to us. They are all very personable and sweet. Caring about me and my husband our feelings as well as our precious pups. They all seem to really love one another and this makes for a beautiful place to take our babies whenever we need to. They are so special to us we really love each and every member of their team.

First time coming here after moving from NC. All the staff was absolutely energetic and amazing! They are very attentive, have a great sense of humor, such kind women here! Everyone is very knowledgeable, understanding and informative. Such a pleasure to have Teddy B. taken care of by them. You can truly hear and see how much they love animals. Curbside and payment was a breeze! Very efficient system they have set up during COVID. We will be back, thanks guys.

What a great place. My kitten hurt his tail and the staff was so concerned about my pet. Trish helped me tremendously. She got us an appointment and made sure we understood what needed to be done for our Louie. She took the time to listen to me and cared. The vet and the rest of the staff were so caring. You will be our vet for our kittens from now on.
