RYK Yoga and Meditation Center

RYK is the best! My most favorite place to go to take a Yoga class or Reiki session with Mahadev. RYK is offering different variety classes online and in person. Also, it’s offering spiritual trips to India, Bali and currently having active Yoga retreat center in North Carolina. I feel blessed to be part of RYK community since 2019 and looking forward to many more meditations together and Yoga adventures around the world!.

We first went to RYK in 2021 for yoga classes. We have been doing yoga and private sessions with Mahadev since then. Mahadev's Kundalini yoga classes are amazing and his private sessions even better. We feel grateful and blessed to have found RYK and be able to do private sessions with Mahadev. He is a gifted teacher and guide.

This place is a great place to practice kundalini yoga. Everyone makes you feel welcome. I would highly recommend RYK to anyone looking for great kundalini yoga classes.
