I love Hot Yoga Barre!! Their classes are challenging and leave you feeling accomplished afterwards. The teachers are all nice and welcoming. They also encourage you to work hard at your own pace. If you are looking for a great workout and a great community- this is the place to go.
If you’re looking to up your fitness or yoga game, The Hot Yoga Barre is your studio. I started practicing at HYB last year and have been hooked ever since. The classes are upbeat, challenging, and full of variety. Highly recommend for yogis and newcomers alike!.
