Through breath Yoga is absolutely amazing. Every time I come in for class I am greeted with love and knowledge. Cher the instructor is very accommodating and kind and this studio radiates positivity and joy. I feel very safe and comfortable as I go through the class. If you are wanting to awaken your inner self and get a reset I highly recommend going to Through Breath. You will not be disappointed.
