I saw Darren Tran and he was absolutely amazing. So upbeat and kind. He explained everything clearly and listened to my concerns and I left with a clear plan for the future. The respiratory team was also amazing and hooked me up with all the supplies I needed for my CPAP and then some. I so appreciate everyone I interacted with.

I feel the Doctors as the staff really cares about your health to help you feel better and sleep better.

Service was excellent. All of my questions were answered.

I worked with Billy today! He made the overwhelming process of getting fitted and learning all about my new CPAP so fricken easy! Thankful for the quick and easy morning. 10/10 would recommend.

Billy was extremely helpful as a first time CPAP user. He took time to talk through all of the mask options and explained the machine thoroughly. He was also helpful and explaining the results of my sleep study.

Helped me through the issues, and had a very good customer service experience with sleeptopia.

I was having an issue with my mask not fitting correctly and scheduled an appointment. Billie was so caring and professional that I had to write this review about him. He went out of his way to print me some information that would help me and also took a lot of time explaining things about my mask and how it worked to provide me with pressured air so I could sleep better at night. The staff seemed very efficient and my wait time was reasonable. Dr. Wong was friendly and personable. Although our visit was short, he appeared to understand my situation and had a good plan to resolve it.

Staff was prompt, Shayna took time to explain things and address my needs. I had contact with several staff during my visit and they were all friendly and helpful. Would recommend!

Excelent experience. The receptionist and doctors were all nice. Highly recomended. Very clean place. Thank you
