I lived here for a while but had to move for a job out of state - I will really miss this apartment complex for sure. Justin is very kind and helpful with any questions or concerns and the leasing agents in general are always very nice and supportive. Maintenance is super quick whenever an issue arises. This is a really great place to live and never had any problems at all. If I ever come back to DFW I would hope to lease with Berkshire Preserve again, thank you!
Exactly pleased with the service I received. Issac did a phenomenal job regarding the Issues I was having with my unit. He was very informative on what was the issue. Afterwards he walked me through and recapped on everything he completed. This is what great service is all about when you are a renter. I definitely recommend Berkshire preserve to all my friends and family.
Justin was great! Very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable from the initial phone conversation! During the tour he explained the amenities and the difference in apartment floor plans!! Changed my mind about moving back to Garland. Thank you Justin for being great!!
