Cara made our leasing experience EASY and pleasant. Her communication was quick and on point. This is the only apartment complex that has more than one worker at a time in the office. They're also the only complex that always answers the phone. We visited a lot of complexes before choosing One90 Firewheel. We had no doubt this was the one after our experience with Cara! The staff has been welcoming and very accommodating. The cleanliness of our apartment, the hallways, and common areas is impressive.
Cydnee and the staff were super helpful and professional. The apartments are beautiful and spacious. They offer so many amenities: food trucks, study rooms, gym, yoga, etc. They make the leasing process easy and are very informative. I look forward to being a future tenant!
Honestly I have been living here since the APARTMENTS opened!! These are the BEST APARTMENTS in the Garland area. Vanessa the Manager is AWESOME and so is the staff! The maintenance does a fast job on the work orders!! The apartments are clean and and the grounds are well maintained!!
