I've been with alert for a few years and never had a problem. Today the battery ran down on my panel and I really appreciate the same day service. The representative told me that it would be done same day and it was. The service tech that came out called about 1/2 hour out and when he arrived he introduced him self asked me what the issue was had it repaired within 10 minutes and before leaving asked if there were any other issue's.

I had Sal as my technician. Sal was thorough through out the installation process. He upgraded all my doors and windows contacts. Tested the system and walked us through the operation process. When the installation was complete, he cleaned his work area. Sal is a great technician to work with.
