We were looking for a program that would allow us to maintain our garage door. Eduardo came out and taught us so much about our garage door. He helped is to make decisions that best fit our life style and garage use. John was shadowing Eduardo and added some wonderful information while the inspection and installations were happening. I was not expecting much for our service and Eduardo blew us away. He made us very comfortable and so glad we chose A1 to call out for service.

Joe Scripilliti was fabulous! He was able to come out the same day we called, and he was able to replace and fix all the parts that broke after our previous owners took shortcuts on getting this home ready to sell to us. We are very pleased with his work and how friendly he is.

Trent came basically to an emergency call at the end of the day. He was able to find the issue and had all the parts on his truck. He was here almost 2 hrs and did a great job. He answered and explained all the questions and concerns I had. Great job.

Quick Response Garage Door Service was phenomenal to work with. My garage door panels collapsed early in the morning when leaving the house for work. This was an emergency to say the least given my busy schedule. Michelle answered the phone at 5:30 in the morning and was quick to get me a service tech. Daniel the service tech arrived within the next hour and my garage door was reassembled and I was back to work within a few hours. Professional and courteous. The entire experience took about a month from estimate to delivery/installation. Frank (the installer) was a great guy who worked really hard to get the job done right. Walked me through all the setup and controllers. Made sure everything worked correctly before he left. Highly recommend Frank as your installer! Elite overall was a smooth experience so far. I did purchase a higher end garage door setup with insulation and they look beautiful. Here’s a quick photo of one of the garage doors before we installed the hardware. Jeff was my sales guy and he was great as well .. so far a great experience.

My garage door was in a car accident! The bottom was bent and not working. Juan came out the same day and I could tell he was knowledgeable and had experience. He gave me my options, including a new door. I opted to have him repair it and he did a great job. The price was higher than expected, but what isn't these days. I was highly satisfied with the work Juan did and I would use him again.
