ENVISION SECURITY INC REVIEWS

We are new to Arizona and just purchased our new home. The young man, Juan Garces, introduced us to Envision. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all our questions and concerns. We signed up for the ADT security program. Security is very important to us and we feel safe with our new technology. Dominic came to install our system. He was great. He went above and beyond our expectations. He not only installed our system but when he saw our need he helped me unload groceries from our truck and a small table for our kitchen. You don’t find customer service like that anymore! Finally, because we had to wait for internet service, Donald came and finished the camera installation. Now we are completely set up and what a great crew. We recommend this service for you.

Envision and Donald in particular, their service tech showed exceptional customer service. We have a new home and we’re having issues with our cameras due to wifi issues. Donald never gave on it and made multiple visits to our home while the internet company was trying to work the issues. Donald’s knowledge of our system and the workings of internet were amazing. He refused to give up until the cameras were working 100% and to our satisfaction. We would recommend Envision security to anyone. Their service beginning with set up, customer service and follow up are second to none. Thank you Donald and thank you Envision.

Was lovely from start to finish! From Hunter introducing us to the company and what they offer to helping finalize the deal and gave us a great deal! Our installer Dominic was very good also! Fast efficient and very knowledgeable and customer service was amazing from everyone! Then Christopher the project manager was awesome too! The whole team and the ladies on the other end setting everything up and making it make sense we really appreciated the whole experience and not to mention the high quality equipment too!

The team is excellent! We worked with Chase and CJ and from start to finish they were super helpful and explained everything very thoroughly! The instill took some time but that’s because poor CJ had to get up into the hot attic to run a chord for the system to work. Great communication and happy with the end result.
