St. Augustine Roman Catholic Church was built in 1970, and its mission is to build a community through prayer, the declaration of the word of god, and sacramental celebrations. They also live and express their Catholic faith under the Roman rite. St. Augustine Roman Catholic Church offers animations that serve the music scene through which the liturgies (masses and ceremonies) are animated and rendered more interactive & vibrant. All 7th to 12th graders are welcome to join them in the center on Mondays for their weekly youth group meetings. St. Francis Xavier Parish is the only Jesuit Parish of the Diocese of Phoenix. Administered by the Jesuit Fathers of the Jesuit West Province church has become an iconic symbol of the Catholic faith for nearly 90 years. They currently serve more than 5,000 registered households and thousands more through their varied ministries. They also offer almost 60 various ministries, collaborate with more than 50 local non-profit entities, and engage about 2,000 volunteers each year. The Catholic faith community of St. Francis Xavier, inspired by the Holy Spirit, commits themselves to an ever-deepening personal relationship with Jesus Christ that expresses itself in prayer, worship, and mission. St. Francis Xavier Parish provides an intimate setting for a small wedding, anniversary, baptism, or funeral Mass. Their First Friday Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament is often held in St. Ignatius Chapel.
