I used Parker and Sons for 1st time and Audrey in customer service was very nice and the 2 men that came out were professional I will be using there service again. Just had a maintenance done, Nick the tech was friendly and knowledgeable.

I had issues with hot water tank. Anthony was our technician and did a great job. His troubleshooting skills are excellent and solved my issues. If you need a plumber, ask for Anthony.

Anthony was wonderful. He was able to combine 2 visits into 1. Explained everything to me. Needed a new disposal and fixed a leak.

Our technician Christian was amazing. He took the time to take pictures and video to show me what was going on with the unit on the roof. Mike in the office was also amazing. Got us within the price range we needed to be and the financing that needed to happen as well, and it was fast and easy, very professional. I was recommending Goettl to people Before they had even come to my house. I’m so happy I received the coupon in the mail that prompted me to call Goettl.

Caleb provided exceptional service for our AC unit. He provided all the options for service, reviewed photos of our equipment, and explained any questions we had about our unit. We have been loyal Goettl clients for years including service installation for our tankless water heater. We recommend them for quality services for your home.

Goettl tech Parker came out to check our AC unit. He was incredibly polite, respectful, and courteous. Very knowledgeable about our issue and recommended the fix. Appreciate his attention to detail and going over the details in such depth.

This company was AMAZING! The sales guy, Buzz was so helpful and talked through all of my options, making sure I understood everything. Then the technicians Pike, Sergio, and Marco completed the entire install. Pike explained every step, how the new vents would be placed, and made sure the space was spottless after work was completed! He showed us how to use the new thermostat and laughed at my Husband's jokes. Very nice guy! Sergio and Marco were in the attic working on the duct placement and then helping with the crane service for the AC once they were ready for it. Their boss Kevin also stopped by to let us know about regulations and the process and to check in with his team. Overall an excellent experience with this company!!!

Service Tech Theo was very professional. He took the time to carefully explain everything he observed regarding my air conditioning unit and vents. He made some good recommendations regarding improving efficiency. I have been a long time customer of this company and I continue to see them hire experienced and professional individuals.

Excellent service -- second to none. I have had experience with over 7 companies in the valley -- Day & Night air is awesome. Great service, no pressure, honest and thorough.
