Phoenix roofing and repair did a great job on our home! Constant communication walking us through every step, Mathew Lauer was a huge help from being to the end, workingwithour insurancecompany. The solar panels were taken off in just a couple hours and the roof was completed in about 10 hours, stripped, decked with new plywood and re-roofed. What a great team!! Thank you all so much!!

My Reimagine Roofing experience has been a positive experience from start to finish. I first met with Eric Jacobsen he walked me thru my options and explained every step in the process. Eric was super knowledgable & honest. I felt well informed & very confident moving forward. During the repair process I received daily progress updates & daily photos. Our house was hit by lightning. The lightning bolt blew off several of our tiles as well as blasting away stucco and chicken wire. We worked with one of the job site supervisors, Dan Moore, and one of their crews, to fix the damage. Reimagine Roofing did an exceptional job and fixed our roof to a brand-new state. One thing I really liked was their attention to detail and desire to do things right. After fixing the roof, painting of the fill-in stucco was required. The stucco needed some extra time to dry before paint could be successfully applied. Instead of applying paint to wet stucco, which wouldn't have lasted, Mr. Moore contacted us and said they would be out a day later to apply the paint. They did this to allow the stucco to dry completely. I very much appreciated Reimagine Roofing doing the job right, as opposed to quick. Another company may have been looking to finish the job ASAP, and would have applied paint to wet stucco. However, Reimagine Roofing took the time to do the job right, and made a second, special trip to our house to do so. We appreciate Mr. Moore and his excellent crew for their attention to detail.
