Wow! If you are looking with a new home for your yoga practice this is it!!! I can’t say enough good things- the teachers are amazing, the class offerings are abundant and vary from relaxing yin and self care to challenging power and rocket yoga. Their community offerings are amazing from practice and the St Pete Pier, Cage brewing and upcoming pool side yoga. The studio itself is welcoming and just beautiful inside, just a really cool vibe from the parking lot to inside! I am so thankful to be a new member of this community!.

I don’t live in St. Pete but visit often and I am so grateful to have found such an amazing studio! I knew it was my home away from home the minute I walked in the door. The space and the people are warm and welcoming. There is a great variety of classes hot and not. The teachers are friendly and knowledgeable. I can’t speak highly enough about my experience at the BE. Whether you’re new to yoga or advanced, give it a try. You won’t be disappointed!.
